Acceptable Use Policy

RYVARA hosts legitimate applications and businesses. The following are prohibited on or using any RYVARA server, account, or network resource:

• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, or operating bulk-email infrastructure
• Phishing or credential-theft infrastructure
• Malware, ransomware, botnets, or command-and-control infrastructure
• Unauthorized scanning, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, or brute-force attacks against third parties
• Denial-of-service attacks or participation in DDoS activity
• Anonymity-focused proxy/VPN exit-node abuse
• Fraud, financial scams, or operating illegal marketplaces
• Identity theft
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which is reported to the appropriate authorities wherever encountered
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or other privacy violations
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Unlawful terrorist content
• Resource abuse that degrades shared infrastructure, including cryptocurrency mining
• Unauthorized resale of the service or circumvention of published plan limits
• Account sharing intended to evade controls, or abuse of promotional/trial mechanisms
• Any activity that places the platform, its network, or other customers at risk

Email sending

Outbound SMTP and other network access may be restricted by the published plan and firewall defaults. Generic outbound SMTP from a self-managed server does not itself include bounce or complaint handling — that remains your responsibility.

Enforcement

Reports submitted through the public abuse formare investigated. We may, depending on severity: request remediation, temporarily restrict a service, suspend an account or server, or terminate service. Severe abuse (for example active attacks, malware distribution, or illegal content) may be suspended immediately, without advance notice. Not every complaint results in suspension or termination — reports are reviewed on their facts. We preserve relevant records where legally required and cooperate with infrastructure providers and lawful authorities. We do not disclose a customer's identity directly to a private reporter without a lawful basis for doing so.

Appeals

If your service is restricted or suspended under this policy, you may contact abuse-placeholder@example.invalid to request review. No specific outcome or response time is guaranteed.
