Refund and Cancellation Policy

Real customer payments are currently disabled during the proof-of-concept (POC) phase. No automatic refund promise exists today because no real payment has been taken.

When commercial billing is activated

Commercial billing, when activated, will be monthly prepaid. Cancellation behavior will be described based on the billing lifecycle actually implemented at that time — this policy will be republished as a new version before real payments are enabled, so it accurately reflects immediate-cancellation, end-of-term-cancellation, or grace-period handling as implemented, rather than describing a workflow that does not yet exist.

Server lifecycle is not billing

Stopping a server is not the same as cancelling your subscription, and stopping a server may not stop associated infrastructure charges once billing is active. Deleting a server is irreversible once the infrastructure provider confirms deletion, and your data is permanently destroyed at that point — see the Backup and Data-Loss Policy.

Refund eligibility

Infrastructure cost already consumed may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility, once billing is active, may require manual review rather than being automatic. Failed provisioning and confirmed duplicate charges will be handled according to the actual billing implementation in place at the time, not according to a promise made in advance of that implementation.

Fraud and chargebacks

Fraudulent orders may be rejected. Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
