Backup and Data-Loss Policy

Backups are not included in the current Starter plan. RYVARA does not currently promise automated backups or snapshots of your server. Snapshots are not available unless explicitly implemented and purchased as a separate future offering with its own terms.

You must maintain your own independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Monitoring, where enabled, reports infrastructure metrics only — it is not a backup and does not protect your data.

Rebuilding a server destroys its existing data. Deleting a server permanently destroys its data once the infrastructure provider confirms the deletion; this cannot be undone.

Losing SSH access to your server does not mean RYVARA can recover your data — we cannot guarantee recovery of data that was not independently backed up. Opening a support ticket is not a substitute for maintaining your own backups.

If a dedicated backup product is introduced in the future, it will have its own published terms, distinct from this policy.
